업무내용
Your Role:
ㆍ Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell the products or services within the assigned geographic area, product line, or market segment or list of customer accounts to meet the sales target.
ㆍ Contact existing and new customers and assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services. Respond to the customer inquiries and negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority. Conclude sales orders under the instruction of the Sales Manager.
ㆍ Assist and support Sales Manager to develop and implement the sales strategies and plans.
ㆍ Build and manage the positive relationship with the customers including distributors. Share sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity with appropriate stakeholders within organization (e.g. marketing, service, global stakeholders, etc.) so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. Ensure customer information and relevant documents are maintained in the appropriate databases.
ㆍCollaborate with the customer service function to resolve customer claims.
ㆍ Deliver or arrange the training on a product or service to customers if necessary. Manage the receivables and monitor the credit condition of customer accounts for minimizing the business risk.
ㆍ Develop the new sales opportunities in the market by identifying, researching, and contacting prospective customers and building positive customer relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
ㆍ Develop sales skills and knowledge on the product, services, customer, and markets by working closely with the more experienced sales forces.
ㆍ Works closely with colleagues in marketing, customer excellence and supply chain to provide full customer solution and fulfill their needs.
ㆍ It should be able to expand customer coverage by utilizing digital tools and perform the role of inside sales in some cases.
