업무내용
Your Role:
ㆍResponsible for handling customer complaints and requests.
ㆍResponsible for analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) and ensuring the result implemented.
ㆍResponsible for handing LC quality deviation/change control management
ㆍInvestigation on customer complaints and requests
ㆍPreparation of customer report and reporting to customer
ㆍInvestigation on LC quality deviation and to set proper CAPA accordingly
ㆍClose communication with customers and internal department for quality matter
ㆍPerform Quality driven projects
ㆍOther tasks assigned by your superior.
