업무내용
Your Role:
ㆍThe key contact regarding administrative and organizational tasks for the Medical Affairs department
ㆍProvide high quality administrative and organizational support to the Head of Medical Affairs
ㆍWork autonomously within established guidelines, standard operating procedures, and defined processes
ㆍOrganize the filing of correspondence and documentation
ㆍTake care of business travel arrangements
ㆍProvide support in vendor’s management (contract management with procurement and vendor, invoice management)
ㆍHandle correspondence/phone calls including confidential mail and reports
ㆍCoordinate ongoing projects and priorities in regards to the Medical Affairs department
ㆍMonitor and track the Medical Affairs department budget
ㆍPrepare and execute POs for the department
ㆍCollect and submit department's expenses
ㆍKnowledge of databases and programs used by the department (e.g. CLEAR/Quantum Connect, Zinc Maps, Travel tool, Concur)
ㆍInitiate and post-process Quantum Connect processes acting as creator
ㆍOrganize internal/external meetings and training for the department
ㆍBe present at larger meetings to coordinate activities and support overall logistic in giving optimal service to the customer, as required
ㆍProvide maintenance and handling Medical Affairs Department EVA homepage acting as room publisher
ㆍCollect internal information (department and corporate) to be communicated to the group
ㆍOrder furniture, stationary and material
ㆍPerform general clerical duties (e.g. photocopying, faxing, mailing, magazines, subscriptions, office supplies, catering logistics, etc.)
ㆍEnsures timely completion and up-to-date knowledge of Company policies / SOPs, and local laws and regulations
ㆍOther tasks assigned by your superior.
