업무내용
- Liaise between business colleagues and Global In-house Center Legal team or external counsel, for certain contracts (NDAs and Korean Data Privacy Agreements), assist colleagues to draft approval requests for non-standard clauses
- Prepare local training materials, translate materials into Korean language, conduct certain trainings on company rules & procedures, and laws and regulations relevant to the company’s business
- Conduct monitoring or work with Global In-house Center Monitoring team to conduct regular monitoring (gifts & entertainment, TPPs, CFP, etc.
- Advise business colleagues on how to respond to client inquiries regarding privacy/personal information, including vendor questionnaires or requests for on-site inspections
- Conduct preliminary review of sanctions due diligence questionnaire, request screening to global screening team, review screening results, etc
- Manage access to technology used for Legal & Compliance purposes (Securimate, Bridger, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Support Korea Legal & Compliance Head to advise on legal and regulatory matters by researching relevant law & regulations, real-world cases, business practice, etc
- Assist in implementing the best practice global and regional compliance programs, risk assessments, and executing against action plans
- Advise business colleagues on the correct forms & templates to use, and point colleagues toward relevant resources on company rules and procedures
- Process and keep track of legal expenses (legal retainer, etc.)
- Provide other administrative support requested for compliance & legal work
