업무내용
직무 내용
1. 카테고리 마케팅팀의 효과적인 캠페인 기획 및 운영 지원 (데이터 분석, 자료 제작 등)
2. 내/외부 및 글로벌 오피스들과의 협력을 통한 카테고리 마케팅팀의 캠페인, 스폰서십, 챌린지, 파트너십 등의 데일리 업무 지원
3. 업계 동향 리서치 및 모니터링을 통한 최신 트랜드 분석

Responsibilities
1. Support marketing team to plan and operate effective marketing campaigns (data analysis, material production, etc.)
2. Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and global offices to support category marketing team's daily operations of marketing campaigns, sponsorships, hashtag challenges and partner management.
3. Research industry trends and monitor latest trends for analaysation.

1. 현재 학사 이상 재학생 혹은 졸업생
2. 엔터테인먼트를 포함한 다양한 문화 전반 카테고리에 대한 관심이 많고 트렌드에 민감하신 분
3. 문제 해결을 위해 열정적이고 적극적이신 분
4. 책임감 있는 업무태도와 논리적이고 분석적인 사고를 가지신 분
5. 마케팅 관련 분야 전공자, OA, 포토샵, 동영상 편집 가능하신 분 선호
6. 틱톡 및 숏폼 비디오 플랫폼에 대한 높은 이해도 및 IT 업계 경험자 우대
7. 영어 업무 및 6개월 이상 주 5일 근무 가능 하신 분

Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor‘s or Master's program
2. Interested in various cultural categories, including Korean entertainment industry, and keen on latest trends
3. Passionate and active in solving problems or seeking answers
4. Responsible mindset with logical and analytical thinking
5. Degree related to marketing, proficient in OA, Photoshop, and video editing preferred
6. Good knowledge and understanding of TikTok and short form video platforms or experience in IT industry is a plus
7. Fluent in Korean and English, and able to work for at least 6 months, 5 days a week
