What you’ll do
- Improving sales and profit from assigned key accounts through strategic account management
- Focusing on business visibility improvement through accurate and timely forecasting of order and sales
- Pursuing business opportunity expansion with customer intelligence and market insight
- Developing a solid and positive relationship between Key account customers and Cytiva
- Resolving Key account customer issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Handling communications between key account customers and Cytiva internal teams
- Strategic account planning to improve financial outcome
- Negotiating contracts with the key accounts and establishing a timeline of performance
- Working with various team members from other departments including modality, application, service, indirect sales channel, finance, logistics, marketing and etc. to ensure customer needs are met and Cytiva’s goal is achieved.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with partners, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meeting all customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyzing key account customer data to provide customer relationship management
- Growing relationships and bringing in new clients
Who you are
- Strong interests in B2B sales
- Bachelor degree in biotechnology, biology, or related; or higher.
- Strategic thinker
- Goal-oriented, organized great teammate
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with CRM software.
- Strong negotiation skills with ability of following-through on customer contracts
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- +3 years of direct sales or equivalent role in life sciences and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in life science related subject.
- SFDC experience
- Outstanding Excel skill
- Proficient English
