업무내용
Your Role:
• Ensure the smooth running of employment branding and the recruitment projects (High potential talent Recruitment, Campus & Highschool Recruitment, etc.)
• Support our recruiters with the coordination of interviews and meeting
• Understand and support optimizing our entire recruitment process and systems in an efficient way
• Conduct screening and evaluating candidates profile with structured questions in the initial selection stage
• Conduct all administration surrounding the recruitment of candidates prior to, during, and after engagement/employment
• Analyze and prioritize complex and dynamic information from a diverse range of sources and have attention to detail
• Assist recruitment project leaders by collecting relevant data, following up the meetings
• Other tasks are given by your prior

Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fresh ~ 1 year of Internship/Working experience in Human resources, Administration, or any other office work.
• Interested in content-creating, employer branding, communicating with external candidates as an ambassador of the company
• Able to communicate (written & verbal) in both Korean and English as this role will need to collaborate closely with Korean and English-speaking counterparts
• Strong learning agility to absorb constantly evolving interpersonal/industrial environment
• High sense of confidentiality, Meticulous and able to multi-task well
• MS Office – Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
