업무내용
[Sales Enablement]
- Customer documentation : Quality Agreement, QMS, Vendor evaluation, Tender and etc.
- New Hire Toolkit Management
- Pre-Agreed sales support
[Practical Process Improvement]
- Process Optimization and Documentation
[Allocated work from Korea office for 3 groups]
- Survey and allocation work request from Korea office
- 3 groups consist of 6 divisions and each division has designated contact for allocation
[Enablement with Systems]
- Weekly backorder management by Power BI report
- Error box check and action for sales support tool
[Sales Enablement]

- Ability to work independently, self-motivated (Clear objectives and fare rewards) and attentive to details
- Ability to work and grow as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility and ability to make things happen
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools and Access is a plus
- Experience with customer-relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Talent for working in a fast-paced environment
- Business hour 9AM-6PM (No overtime except very special cases)
