업무내용
Responsibilities
- Conduct media monitoring and intelligence research to support building narratives and communications strategy for TikTok and other ByteDance products
- Prepare internal and external communications materials
- Develop and maintain PR guidelines, processes and framework
- Work closely with and support members of the business and product teams on communications related campaigns and initiatives, including in areas related to brand partnerships, product launches, and business marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with global PR and communications team across regions to build thought leadership campaigns and industry marketing campaigns

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree;
- 3-5 years of work experience in communications, advertising, marketing or related field
- Project management skills are preferred
- Experience with product communications, especially in the following fields: advertising, consumer technology, internet services, content, and entertainment
- Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment is preferred;
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is a must;
- Strong knowledge of different social media platforms, their functionality and potential;
- Open-minded and creative;
- Multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
