Your Role:
As Marketing Support Specialist, the incumbent will support Global Business Marketing Team in executing marketing strategy & tactics to improve execution efficiency, to meet/exceed customer expectation, and to comply with the internal work procedure and protocol. The incumbent will interface with global teams of supply chain, operation, and quality teams to improve communication efficiency, to ensure seamless supply reliability, proper documentation of commercial offering & commercial work process compliance.
This position reports directly to the Global Business Marketing Director, Clean & Etch platform.
ㆍProvide overall commercial support for Global Business Marketing team in Specialty Gas Business
ㆍCoordinate with marketing managers and relevant functional teams to improve communication efficiencies and to ensure seamless supply reliability, including following activities
ㆍMOC (Management of Change)
ㆍNew Material code set up and implementation
ㆍWeekly/Monthly marketing performance tracker
ㆍSFDC tracker to list up/update opportunity/risk
ㆍResponsible for financial (budget) monitoring on weekly/monthly base
ㆍSupport marketing offering development works, including customer promotion/propsal package and RFI/RFQ documentation
ㆍSupport marketing teams to develop customer notification package
ㆍLead process improvement initiatives for internal compliance with work process & protocol
ㆍSupport Marketing Communication activities such as Website improvement and exhibition works
ㆍOther tasks assigned by your superior
