The Trust & Safety team at TikTok helps ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall hiring process with the Talent Acquisition partner and HRBP
- Source and contact potential candidates
- Schedule interviews and follow up during the recruitment process by updating the recruitment system
- Manage external recruitment channels and help update applicant information in our recruitment system
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition partner by assisting the various recruitment initiatives and supporting the engagement with external networking

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the recruitment life cycle
- Relevant industry hiring experience in a plus
