업무내용
- Consult with external stakeholders regarding starting their TikTok Ads strategy with identified marketing and business objectives
- Onboard new clients onto the TikTok Ads Platform, drive product adoption, and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion
- Proactively analyze data to plan, setup, and optimize auction-based campaigns
- Identify up-selling opportunities by monitoring campaign delivery and revenue growth
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational service by providing Audit & Training
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration and trust relationships with the sales team by not only providing 'Audit & Training' but also via daily interaction, weekly review, and quarterly strategic planning to support clients' needs

- Ideally who has experience in sales, or project management;
- Passion for sales and a strong focus on willingness to grow by focusing on a persuasion and tenacity mindset;
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Excellent verbal and written English/Korean and strong communication skills;
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment;
- A plus in managing self-serve digital advertising media as well as 3rd-party tracking tools like GA, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc. for Web&App advertisers;
